George Coren has more than 30 years experience in the South Florida homebuilding industry. As a senior executive at some of South Florida's largest real estate developers, he has been involved in the design, development and construction of thousands of luxury homes in some of South Florida's most prestigious communities.
Before founding Coren Homes, George was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Porten Companies, which developed luxury single family homes, townhomes, and condominium communities throughout South Florida, including Frenchman's Reserve in Palm Beach Gardens, The Estuary in Delray Beach, and City Walk at Pineapple Grove in Delray Beach. Prior to joining Porten Companies, George served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Brookman-Fels and Vice President and Director of Finance at Weitzer Homebuilders.

Nancy Coren has worked in the interior design and fashion industries for many years. Her experience as a corporate executive with Macy's and Burdines and as a consultant for numerous private clients has allowed her to perfect her expertise in both color and design. Nancy coordinates all of the architectural interior and exterior design professionals, selects all materials and determines the overall color scheme for each home.
